The Lake James School of Missions was held for the first time at Lake James Christian Camp in 1935. Since the beginning, the primary subject has been missions, with the principal teachers and speakers being missionaries. This annual week of camping continues to be dedicated to the field of missionary education.

PLANNING TO ATTEND?
The School of Missions is not just another convention. The program is designed for the whole family to be involved! Besides adult sessions, a completely graded program is conducted for 2-year olds through high school. The Youth Sessions include:
  • Informal visits with the missionaries
  • Fellowship
  • Classes
  • Crafts
  • Recreation
Mich Adams & Seth Aldrich are the Youth Coordinators making sure capable leaders are selected to care and provide for each age group.
Day visitors are welcome! Please be sure to check-in at the office. Day visitors pay only for their meals.
