TIME: 4:00pm DESCRIPTION: Our Annual Meeting is a time for you to hear the workings of the camp over the past year. The Violette Patee Award for lifelong service is awarded. Each church has an envelope including the Annual Report, next year's program calendar, Tri-State Minister's Directory and more! Voting for our Board of Directors takes place.
