Mitzi is a long-time volunteer dorm mom and campfire music extraordinaire at LJCC. Aside from being faithfully dedicated to LJCC, she has been a long-time substitute teacher at Fremont Community Schools. As a mother of 4, a grandmother of 2, and the wife of Scott Saltsman, Mitzi wanted to write a book that documented a lifechanging journey so that her family could live her story through her words. Lake James looks forward to Mitizi’s personal accounts from her book, “Once I Was Lost...But Never Alone”!
