An often-overlooked, avoided issue, the succession of a long-tenured leader to their successor can be one of the most risk-laden moments in the life of a ministry. A powerful biblical principle is at the heart of this matter, and this principle must be heartfelt by all those involved in the succession. This seminar is for all church leaders, Gary will focus on succession planning for both the minister or senior leader but will also have a session focused on Elder succession plans as well. Seminars are being offered as stand alone training opportunities for anyone in your church. Special emphasis will be placed on those in leadership positions at your church or organization. Great opportunity for your staff and/or eldership teams to attend together.

This seminar will focus on the process of strategic planning, designing your preferred future for your congregation. It will be an interactive practical exercise in developing a perpetual 3 year plan for your congregation, based on your vision, mission, and values (which we will also discuss). Participants will walk away with a new sense of direction and the start of a pathway to fulfill God's call for the church. Bring your leadership team and join us for a day that can really make a difference in the life of your congregation.
