LJCC Equipping Seminars are training opportunities for anyone in your church. Special emphasis will be placed on those in leadership positions at your church or organization.
This is a great opportunity for your congregation to attend together and be equipped to better serve your local church. DESCRIPTIONS
Workshop #1: Led by Micah Odor. How can we empower our congregation to take active roles in ministry by equipping them as missionaries and ministers in their communities? How can we shift our focus from maintaining church programs to fostering spiritual growth and leadership in people? Workshop #2: Led by David Fincher. We will be studying Ephesians 2:10 and Acts 22. Workshop #3: Led By Micah Odor. Paul Frequently uses the analogy of a human body when talking about the church. Just like our bodies have systems, our churches have systems as well. Learn about the Seven Systems, self-asses your own congregation and discuss next steps with other leaders. Workshop #4: Led by Phil Marley. Learn how to be the best steward for your family and the ministries you love. This workshop will cover the advantages of having an estate plan, types of plans available, pitfalls of probate, guardianship, healthcare directives, and how Financial Planning Ministry can create the legal documents needed. |
