CHECK-IN INFO
OVERVIEW
Check-in will begin for *most* camp sessions at 4:30pm on Sundays. (Scroll down for check-in info for each camp session.) For *most* camp sessions, check-in will in the Chapel. (See the map below if you are unfamiliar with our campus.) When you arrive pay attention to signage as we will have check-in split up on different sides of the Chapel. Some weeks we will split the Chapel based on the alphabetical order of last names OR by camp sessions. We know the campers will be excited to unpack and start having fun at camp but we need to do check-in FIRST. Leave all luggage and bags in your vehicles until AFTER check-in. Parking for check-in AND check-out will be in the Ball Field, again, if you are unfamiliar with our campus see the attached map. The Ball Field is next to the Chapel, we will have people directing traffic so if in doubt look for yellow vests. *If you camper has a drivers license and plans on driving themselves to camper please fill out the Vehicle Approval Form attached below.*
HOW CHECK-IN WORKS
As you are waiting in the check-in line, you will be given or have access to a "Check-in Card." To fill out the card, we need to know who is signing the camper IN and who will be signing the camper OUT. To help the staff during check-OUT please write down any person you are authorizing to pick up your child. Sometimes life happens and the person who was supposed to pick camper up cannot anymore. It is helpful during these situations that we know upfront who you are authorizing for pick-up. Please see the image below for how to fill out the check-in card. Once you have handed your card to a staff member, we will then take your camper's temperature and do a quick health screening. This just consists of asking the camper if they have been feeling ill in the past week. Then, the camper will be given a name tag that has their dorm assignment and family group assignment. Make sure you don't loose that name tag. If you registered for camp with our Early Bird special then you will receive a free t-shirt. If you need to add money to your camper's snack shoppe account you can do so during check-in. Once you have gone through the check-in line you will be directed outside where you can grab your camper's luggage and get them settled into their assigned dorm.
